I have worked at Bath and Body works since February 2023, almost 2 years now. A few of my duties include:

Training new employees
Product merchandising and placement
Cashier, Customer Service, Returns

I was just recently promoted to a cash lead for the holiday season. In this new role, I am responsible for overseeing and assisting the cashiers that I am assigned. Through this role I am able to effectively work on my leadership and communication skills.

I started working at the Green Bay Botanical Gardens in May of 2024. Because my minor through UWL is Tourism and Event Management, I wanted to get experience in the event industry. A few of my duties included:

Coordinated and executed various events but mostly weddings
Managed event operations such as set up, vendor coordination, and post-event teardown
Communicated with clients to ensure a successful event

This job was a great opportunity and I am grateful for the many things I learned.

Marketing Assistant

I have worked for my uncle at his hardware store, Lemens Hardware, since 2018. In June of 2023 I started working as a marketing assistant for my uncle. I had previously worked for my uncle as just a cashier but was promoted to running their Facebook. I was responsible for scheduling and executing all social media communications including product photos and videos. With this I created monthly content calendars to organize my content.

This was a great first experience for me in marketing. It was the first time I was responsible for a social media page that wasn't my personal page. I learned what posts did better with our audience and learned how to create effective and interesting content.
